For newcomers

At the bottom of each post there is the word "comments". If you click on it you will see comments made by followers, and if you follow the instructions you may also comment and I always welcome that. I have found many people overlook this part of the blog which is often more interesting than the original post!

Looks good for my forthcoming walk.

Is that an Android app or have you found an IOS one?

Sir Hugh said...

AlanR - It is on my iPhone and iPad so I reckon it's IOS. I have used BlogPress before but it now seems to have stopped allowing photos from one's "i" device. I transfer photos from camera to iPad via Bluetooth so I can use them in the blog. When I get home I download photos from camera to my Apple computer.

Thanks. I cannot find an iOS app but may be looking in the wrong place. Can you give me a bit of info or is it just blogger for phone.

I'm not sure. I've had it for ages on iPhone and iPad. Is it not in iTunes Store? I am out in the village at the moment so not so easy to do research.

I cannot find anything in iTunes Store. I can guess you are busy with getting ready for the off. Don't worry about it I will have a dig around. You enjoy the weather and I hope it lasts for you.

Alan R - replied by email. blogger app is on App Store. They claim yo be only app supporting photos from your "I" device.

I assume this is BlogPress Conrad. It works on my iPad but I can't get it to do so on my iPhone.

Afoot - no Gibson. It is Blogger. I can't get BlogPress to do photos from my my iPad. I sent Alan R a link to the Blogger app in App Store and I will forward that to you by email.

Afoot - have just sent it but see you have three email addresses. Let me know if you want it to go to a different one.

Please tell Katie her boots are the bomb!

The Crow - will do. Not heard that expression before but I will put it into my collection - not sure what RR would think about it.

The message will go on the next post card I send to K - sending her post cards has become a regular feature of my long walks

I think it means "extraordinarily cool." I especially like the stars on the navy background.

I can only imagine what RR might say! :)
